Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to and use of the GST Excel Mastery HRMS website and hosted HRMS service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or, where authorised, your organisation.
1. Service and eligibility
The service provides organisation-managed tools for employee records, attendance, leave, holidays, overtime, payroll workflows, payslips, notifications and subscription administration. Available features may depend on the organisation configuration and user role.
Accounts are created or authorised through the applicable administrator or service process. Users must be authorised to act for the organisation they access.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, avoid sharing accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to your organisation administrator.
Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, data or security, investigate misuse, or comply with applicable law.
3. Organisation and employee responsibilities
The organisation is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into its workspace, assigning suitable user roles, managing employee access, and providing employees with notices or obtaining permissions required for its use of personal information and attendance/location features.
Users must not access records they are not authorised to view, upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, or use the platform to violate another person’s rights.
4. Subscription plans and payment
Plan prices, billing durations, included employee limits and any additional employee rates are displayed on the website or in the signed-in Company Subscription page. The payable amount and selected duration shown at checkout should be reviewed before authorising payment.
Subscription renewal is processed only after the payment provider confirms a valid payment and the application successfully verifies it. A payment screen, bank debit notification or pending status alone does not guarantee that a subscription has been renewed.
Users should check Company Subscription and Payment History before retrying a payment whose outcome is uncertain. Contact support for a duplicate debit, an unconfirmed transaction or a renewal that does not appear after successful payment.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, the plan is a time-limited subscription for the selected duration and is not a promise of automatic recurring billing.
5. Acceptable use and service changes
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt availability, upload malicious content, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
Features, interfaces and service procedures may change to improve security, reliability or functionality. Material changes to subscription terms will be communicated where required by law or the applicable agreement.
6. HR, payroll and attendance responsibility
The HRMS is an administrative tool. Organisations remain responsible for reviewing employee records, attendance, leave, payroll calculations, statutory settings, tax treatment, payslips and any filings or payments made using information from the service.
The service does not replace professional legal, accounting, tax or employment advice. Review calculations and applicable rules before relying on results for official decisions.
7. Availability and liability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, hosting, connectivity or events beyond reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not responsible for indirect losses arising from reliance on unreviewed data or temporary unavailability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party hosting, infrastructure, payment processing or other services. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.
The service does not claim to be affiliated with Razorpay beyond its use as a payment provider where configured.
9. Contact and applicable law
For questions or complaints about these Terms, contact helpdesk@gstexcelmastery.in. Legal operator: Sanjeet Kumar Yadav, operating under the brand GST Excel Mastery. Business address: Mohali, Punjab 160055.
These Terms are subject to applicable laws of India. Any court jurisdiction or dispute-resolution arrangement must be confirmed by the service operator and must not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
