Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GST Excel Mastery HRMS handles personal information when you visit the website, sign in, or use HR, attendance, leave and payroll features.
1. Who operates this service
Service brand: GST Excel Mastery HRMS.
Legal operator: Sanjeet Kumar Yadav, operating under the brand GST Excel Mastery.
Business address: Mohali, Punjab 160055.
Privacy and support contact: helpdesk@gstexcelmastery.in.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features your organisation uses, the HRMS may process names, work email addresses, phone numbers, employee identifiers, job details, departments, attendance records, leave requests, overtime, salary and payroll information, payslips, and statutory or tax-related employee information.
If GPS-assisted attendance is enabled and the employee grants browser/device permission, the system may process location coordinates associated with an attendance check-in or check-out.
For subscription payments, the system may store the selected plan, amount, payment status, Razorpay order and payment references, and related timestamps. Payment instrument credentials are handled by the payment provider and must not be entered into HRMS fields.
The hosting environment and security controls may also process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs and session information.
3. How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide HRMS features, maintain attendance and leave records, support payroll workflows, manage subscriptions, verify payments, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and maintain service reliability.
Organisations using the HRMS are responsible for deciding which employee information they enter and how they use it for employment, payroll and administration purposes.
4. Access and sharing
Information may be accessible to authorised users of the organisation that operates the relevant HRMS workspace, according to account roles and permissions.
Information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, payment and other service providers where needed to operate the service. Razorpay processes payment transactions under its own applicable terms and privacy policy.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or a valid legal request. Personal information is not intended to be sold as a standalone product.
5. Location and attendance data
GPS-assisted attendance may request device location permission when a user initiates a check-in or check-out. Location data, when available, is used to support the attendance record and may be visible to authorised organisation administrators.
Users can manage location permission through their browser or device settings. Disabling location permission may prevent location-assisted attendance features from working.
6. Storage and retention
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, support the organisation account, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements.
The organisation using the HRMS may have separate retention obligations for employee and payroll records. Requests to correct or remove such records should normally be made to that organisation. Deletion may be limited by legal recordkeeping requirements, unresolved disputes or secure backup cycles.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
Users must keep passwords confidential, sign out from shared devices and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to their organisation administrator or the support contact published on this website.
8. Privacy requests and complaints
For questions about information processed by this HRMS service, contact helpdesk@gstexcelmastery.in. Include enough information to identify the request, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
If the information belongs to an employee account managed by an employer, the employer may need to review the request. Requests will be handled subject to applicable law, verification requirements and legitimate record-retention obligations.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when the service, its data practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page.
